Rove, Myers coming to NKU Come to NKU to get insights on the historic 2008 Presidential campaign from two people who have had a front-row seat for recent elections â Dee Dee Myers and Karl Rove. Myers was one of the youngest and the first woman to become a White House press secretary. Rove was former deputy chief of staff and senior advisor to President George W. Bush. NKU Alumni in West Side Story NKU alumna and graduate student Andrea Scheu â07 played the role of Anita in this summerâs production of West Side Story at the Aronoff Center for the Arts in July 18-27. Check out a review of the performance here. Scheu wasnât the only NKU alum having success on stage this summer. Denise Devlin, also a 2007 graduate, starred in a Kentucky Symphony Orchestra concert staging of West Side Story on campus last May.
